Registration is managed through EventBrite and is now open.

Fees

Workshop

Two types of fees are available:

The registration includes lunches and coffee-breaks, event material, welcome reception, social dinner.
Students are required to send proof of their student status to eventi@fbk.eu before the workshop. 

Info for sponsors - Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsors have free registrations included in their package. Please contact us at issw2024@fbk.eu to get your seats!

School 

The registration to the SPAD Sensor School follows a two-step procedure.

During the registration process, you will be asked to express your interest in attending the school. Due to space constraints, the number of seats is limited and priority will be given to students and early career researchers.

Selected participants will receive a link for the payment of the school fee.

Deadline

The deadline for the registration is Saturday, May 25, 2024 at 23:30, CET.

Nevertheless, seats are limited and we encourage you to register as soon as possible. In case of reached limit, please write an email to issw2024@fbk.eu and we will do our best to obtain some extra seats.

Visa

Registered participants requiring a visa must review the instructions provided in this document.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation requests received by 1 May will get a full reimbursement.
Cancellation requests received after 1 May and before 25 May will get 50% reimbursement.
Cancellation requests received after 25 May will get no reimbursement.
(Please note that reimbursements are intended net of management fees).
